Hello?! Is that Adele?!
Next up in our Tribute Profile Series, the spotlight is on the spellbinding Natalie Anne Black as the magnificent Adele . . .
Twice winner of the ‘National Tribute Awards’, Natalie Anne Black presents ‘Adele Tribute Hometown Glory’; the one and only Adele tribute act you will ever need to see.
Everything you love about Adele is captivated in Natalie’s unforgettable shows; from her deeply moving and poignant voice, to her unrivalled stage presence, even down to her amazing hand-crafted stage costumes. And she’s always on the lookout to keep her act fresh and current. “I’ve just had a new costume made,” says Natalie. “It’s the red one from the Australian tour and the Wembley shows.”
We definitely remember the dress in question and can imagine Natalie Anne will look every inch the super star that Adele is in this sparkly, jaw dropping creation. We try and probe her for more information about the new show but she’s keeping very tight-lipped!
Natalie started performing her Adele Tribute show in 2011 and has performed in countries all over the world including Dubai, Netherlands, Greece, Tenerife, Egypt and Portugal to name a few as well as her hugely successful nationwide tour of the UK.
“I have done a Tribute Festival in Bahrain, sung at Leeds Pride in front of 30,000 people, and even had the amazing opportunity to sing in front of the Queen at Royal Ascot.”
It’s no wonder Natalie Anne has experienced such success with her ‘Adele Tribute Hometown Glory’ show, as it is not only her performance which is breath taking but her whole show. With a first class, high spec quality PA system, dazzling LED lights and special effects including a haze machine, it is impossible not to be mesmerised by Hometown Glory from start to finish.
“I do have a lot I’m working on this year, but it is all very hush hush at the moment until I’m ready to launch everything!”
Mark Ritchie, former writer for The Stage, described Natalie Anne as, “the best Adele tribute act by a country mile.” Fine praise from the man who has been involved with in pretty much every aspect of the entertainment industry since the early 70s!
And it doesn’t look like Natalie Anne’s success is set to diminish anytime soon with several private shows in the pipeline and her much anticipated stage tour. “I do have a lot I’m working on this year, but it is all very hush hush at the moment until I’m ready to launch everything,” she says. The suspense is killing us!
What we can reveal is that you can expect all your Adele favourites in her upcoming tour and performances, including Rolling in the Deep, Set Fire to the Rain, Skyfall and of course the heart-breaking ballad Someone Like You that was Adele’s first number one single in the UK and is still to this day the song that most Adele fans go wild for.
