All disabled customers are welcome and we hope to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
There will be disabled parking provided in the main car park. Please note you will have to have a registered Disability Parking Car Pass displaid in your Vehichle at all times.
Once through the wristband exchange you will be directed to camping area. This has been reserved for less abled and disabled people and their carers/PA’s. We have also located the disabled toilets near this area of camping.
Please note that due to the terraine of the venue some areas may not be assessable but wherever possible we will do our utmost to ensure that all main entertainment areas have suitable access.
There are three viewing platforms, one for each stage. The platforms work on a first come first served basis, unfortunately we cannot reserve space. For health and safety issues associated with overcrowding there is a strict one plus one policy. We ask all customers to be considerate of other’s needs. Seating will not be provided on these platforms as this does take up valuable space, your carer or friend will have to stand.
Service Dogs are always welcome. Definition of a Service Dog:- Assistance dog specifically trained to help people who have disabilities, such as visual impairment, hearing impairments, mental illnesses (such as posttraumatic stress disorder
(PTSD)), seizure disorder, mobility impairment, and diabetes.
No other dogs are allowed on site this is a condition of our Public Entertainment Licence.
Disabled Access Application Information
If you would like to use the facilities we are providing for disabled customers and require a carer or PA to attend with you please fill out the application form and send it back with proof of your disability and your ticket number we will then issue a 2 for 1 on your purchased ticket type.
We want to be sure the facilities we provide are not abused and all applicants are genuine. It is essential for us to understand the nature of your disability so we can provide the best and most appropriate facilities for our customers. Could you please provide a copy of a letter from the DLA or a letter from your GP outlining your details and confirming the needs of your requirements. All copies of the documents will be destroyed one month after the festival.
Once we have received all relevant documents relating to your application and reviewed it a confirmation Email will be sent to the email you have provided, or for posted applications a letter will be sent to your address.
Please allow at least one month for applications to be processed. Registration forms cannot be submitted on the day. The cut off time for applications is four weeks before the festival date.
