Yes. We provide kids entertainment at the festival. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on all tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed.
You can bring food and drink in plastic bottles with you. Yes you can bring your own alcohol into the campsites with a valid camping ticket, but not into the main arena areas. You cannot bring excessive amounts of alcohol into the campsite, ie more than for personal consumption. Security teams will confiscate excessive amounts of alcohol. ALCOHOL GUIDE: You may bring the following to be consumed in the campsite: EITHER: 24 cans beer / lager / cider / pre-mixed drinks including G&Ts & Pimms per person OR: 12 cans and 2 bottles of wine (decanted into a plastic bottles or 1 wine box) per person. You may only bring this in on first entry only. Strictly no spirits or hard liquor. Please note, any excessive amounts of alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated. This alcohol may only be consumed in the campsite. PLEASE NOTE: No glass bottles will be allowed anywhere onsite. Security teams will be searching bags on entry to the campsites and any glass bottles will be confiscated. It is a condition of entry on our licence that you allow yourself and your belongings to be searched by the Police or Security. They will carry out random searches when you are entering the festival campsite and arena. You don't have to be 18 to attend The Festival but you must be 18 or over to purchase and consume alcoholic drinks. The Festival operates the "Challenge 25" policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Any person under the age of 18 found with alchohol will have it confiscated from them. Do not buy alcohol for a person under the age of 18 if you do you risk being ejected from the festival.
No. This is a condition of our Public Entertainment Licence. However, SERVICE DOGS are always welcome. Definition of a Service Dog:- Assistance dog specifically trained to help people who have disabilities, such as visual impairment, hearing impairments, mental illnesses (such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)), seizure disorder, mobility impairment, and diabetes.
Yes – there are also disabled facilities available. Please note that due to the terraine of the venue some areas may not be assessable but wherever possible we will do our utmost to ensure that all main entertainment areas are.
There will be disabled parking provided in the main car park. Please note you will have to have a registered Disability Parking Car Pass displaid in your Vehichle at all times.
Parking is free to all Festival Ticket Holders.
For festival attendees welfare and safety, illegal substances will not be allowed on-site, this includes nitrous oxide gas. Those caught in possession of, or dealing in illegal substances will be processed in accordance with the law. We do not permit any of the following items anywhere on site: Drones, Unauthorised professional film or video equipment, portable laser equipment and pens, spray cans, fireworks and flares, Chinese lanterns, animals, alcohol or anything that we consider could be used as a weapon. It is a condition of entry that you agree to be searched when you enter the site. If you are found to be carrying prohibited items then we may confiscate them or remove you from the festival. Please ensure that you have read our Full Terms & Conditions prior to entering the Festival for our comprehensive list of all restricted items and security policies.
As a condition of entry you irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other marketing or public broadcast as part of the audience or by security CCTV. Unauthorised professional film or video equipment is not allowed on site and will be confiscated.
Tickets can be purchased on the day, provided that we have not sold out. PLEASE CHECK AVAILABLITY ON THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. The price will increase by £10. You are advised to buy tickets in advance to avoid dissapointment.
Tickets are for purchase online via the 'buy tickets' link, please download and print off your tickets and store them in a safe place ready for the festival. Make sure you have saved your email you used for booking the tickets in case of problems and you must bring all your PRINTED A4 tickets with you on the day that you have purchased them for. On your arrival each A4 ticket has a barcode on which we will scan and your details will appear on our computer with what you have purchased. You will then be given your allocated carparking, camping/caravan pass and your chosen wristband for the day/weekend NOTE You will need to bring proof of identity with you, your driving licence or something with your address on when we scan the ticket so we can match your purchase. Once the ticket has been scanned it will not scan again and will show up on the screen as already allocated so this is important. Your wristband must be shown at all times and will be checked. Any broken wristbands will be taken off the person and the person WILL have the choice to buy another wristband or removed from the site. All those without wristbands will be removed from the site. Anyone with an adult ticket deemed to be under the age of 18, will not be given an adult wristband unless proof of age is provided.
